Full Wedding Planning
My Full Wedding Planning service is for a super busy couple, or a couple for whom 'the planning' side of the wedding is something they'd gladly take a slight backseat from. Whatever your reasons, I'll be there for hands-on professional help from from the very beginning of the planning process right through to on the day itself.
As a taster to what you can expect from me if you decide Full Wedding Planning is what you require, at the very least, you can expect the below commitments to you and your partner in the lead up to your special day...
- recommend and work with all wedding suppliers
- negotiate wedding supplier contracts
- manage the guest list and RSVPs
- create a workable wedding budget
- help create the theme and style of the wedding
- provide ongoing telephone and email support
- be there on the wedding day as a Wedding Coordinator
For a couple who can oversee details themselves but wants someone around on the ’day itself to make sure things run to absolute perfection. If you think this service is for you, as your Wedding Planner I will get involved with arrangements up to a few weeks before your Wedding Day. I will touch base with wedding suppliers and ensure that all of the details are in order, to take any last minute stress out of the lead-up to your day.
With this service, my main responsibility is to coordinate and manage the wedding-day schedule so that all involved, wedding professionals and wedding party alike, are in the right place at the right time to make your day extra special. Providing discreet coordination throughout your wedding day, giving you the peace of mind to thoroughly enjoy each and every minute, stress free.
On-the-day Coordination
With 6 weeks to go and your wedding day in sight, there's still a huge amount of admin to tackle. To ensure you enjoy every last moment in the lead up to your big day, I am here for all your administrative needs; creating schedules for the day, communicating with suppliers, confirming guest requirements or even making last minute adjustments to the table plan. I'll also be there for the big day itself to ensure that all your carefully laid plans come to complete fruition.
I will talk through your plans and work out exactly what help you need during the last 6 weeks. Whether it’s sourcing and hiring additional suppliers, confirming details with everyone involved, looking after outstanding payments or paperwork or just bringing everything and everyone together in the right way at just the right moment, I will attend to every detail to ensure that everything comes together exactly as you had dreamed of.
Searching for your perfect wedding venue is such an integral part of your day, and selecting the one that’s right for you and your partner can be quite an overwhelming task. I can provide you with a tailored proposal to help you decide between a stunning stately home, fabulous sites for marquees, city chic hotels or rustic country barn.
I can arrange viewings, accompany you if you’d like or provide you with a list of questions to ask and points to note if you’d prefer to visit on your own. Once you’ve decided on ‘the one’, I’m still on hand should you require me to thoroughly check contracts, clarify the legalities & negotiate any details with your chosen venue.
